SIA "Jandi Company", reg. No. 40203384683, legal address: Ropažu novads, Garkalnes pag., Bukulti, Kvarca iela 3, LV-1024, (hereinafter - the Seller) provides the content available on the website and provides subcontracts in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.

General terms.

If the Buyer purchases the Goods through the website, then such self-binding agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the distance contract, including, but not limited to, the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" of the Republic of Latvia, the Minister of the Republic of Latvia Cabinet regulations "Regulations on distance contracts", etc.

In accordance with these Terms, SIA "Jandi Company" (hereinafter - the Seller) sells goods placed on the website of the Seller's online store www.gigione.eu (hereinafter - the Goods).

The Terms apply to the legal relationship between the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the owner of the shopping environment located at www.gigione.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) in connection with the purchase of Goods in the Internet Store - the Seller. In addition to these regulations, the legal relations arising from the purchase of Goods from the online store are also regulated by the legal acts in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The seller has the right to amend/change the terms of use of the Internet store or the prices of goods and services. The Seller informs the Buyer about changes on the website www.gigione.eu. The terms and prices valid at the time of the transaction are applied to the transaction.

All images and texts available on www.gigone.eu are protected by the Copyright Act. All rights belong to SIA "Jandi Company". Use of data without approval is not permitted.

Ordering and paying for goods.

All Products listed in the Internet store are in the Seller's warehouse.

By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the description of the selected product and that it meets the requirements and needs of the Buyer.

The buyer undertakes to specify the exact personal data, address and contact information of the order at the time of placing the order.

The prices of goods in the online store are indicated with value added tax. The fee for the delivery of the order is determined separately according to the delivery fees of the online store.

You can pay for the order using a bank payment card (Visa, MasterCard).

The payment is made outside the Internet store environment, in the secure payment environment of the service provider Maksekeskus AS.

The seller does not have access to the Buyer's bank data and credit card data.

In the event that the Buyer places an order, but it turns out that the given Goods are not in the Seller's warehouse and the online store cannot fulfill the given order, the entire purchase amount is returned to the Buyer.

The buyer undertakes to provide accurate personal data, delivery address and contact information necessary for the order at the time of placing the order.

The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of fulfilling the order and for any resulting consequences caused by incorrect data provided by the Buyer.


Right of withdrawal.

The buyer has the right to refuse the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal is not applicable if the Buyer is a legal entity.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the goods are used inappropriately or damaged, by neglecting the goods during use or not following the instructions in the instructions, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if its packaging is significantly damaged, the Seller has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit the withdrawal form, which can be found here: by sending it to the email address info@gigione.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than within 14 days after sending the cancellation form. After receiving the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but not later than within 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Agreement.

The Seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received confirmation of the return of the Goods or goods from the Buyer. If the buyer has chosen a different return shipping method than the one offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to compensate for the excess shipping costs.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or non-fulfillment of obligations or other non-performance arising from circumstances and obstacles beyond the Seller's reasonable control.

Dispute resolution procedure.

In matters that are not discussed in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The parties resolve all disputes between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller can be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the court of the Republic of Latvia for resolution.

The buyer also has the right to appeal to the European Union dispute settlement institutions.
