The buyer can choose several methods of delivery of the Product:
In Latvia:
Delivery using the OMNIVA parcel locker - 3.50 EUR;
Delivery using the DPD parcel locker - 3.50 EUR;
Delivery in Jugla, Bukulti, Baltezers - 0.00 EUR.
In Lithuania, Estonia:
Delivery using OMNIVA parcel locker - 6.00 EUR;
Delivery by OMNIVA courier - 10.00 EUR.
In Poland:
Delivery using DPD courier - 10.00 EUR.
In Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Finland, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden:
Delivery via DPD courier - 15.00 EUR.
In France, Great Britain, Norway, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia:
Delivery via DPD courier - 18.00 EUR.
In Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain:
Delivery via DPD courier - 23.00 EUR.
In cases where the Buyer wishes to receive the order using another delivery method, the Buyer must coordinate it with the Seller by sending a letter to the e-mail address: info@gigone.eu or by calling the customer service phone: +371 28001116
The seller sends out the goods on the same day when he received the payment for the order in his bank account (if the payment was made by 18:00). If the Seller receives the payment after 18:00, then the order is sent out the next day.
Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 1-7 working days.
The Buyer is informed about the arrival of the Product in the package with a text message containing the door code, the location of the package, the return code and the storage period.
In the event that the Buyer does not collect the Product within the above-mentioned deadline, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the costs associated with re-sending the product.
The Seller does not take responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the goods, if the reason for the delay is the inaccuracy of the data provided by the Buyer or the delay of the delivery service provider chosen by the Buyer.
